Does the president have to give you directives on how do your job if truly you’re qualified for the job. As a professional, that’s if you’re one, should’ve known that every second counts because lives are involved. I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re not on ground to supervise what’s going on. Nigerian attitude is delegation because the person in charge doesn’t know the job and the qualified person who is under the person politically appointed that should’ve been the head is always the one doing the job. Meanwhile, the political appointee takes the credit while sitting in the comfort of his home. You should be requesting the help of the military because NEMA doesn’t have capacity to handle this on it’s own. I doubt if the president have declared state of emergency to make it federal.
