Biafra Independent Movement (BIM) Leader And 14 Others Arrested Over Onitsha Protest

The Biafra agitation is increasing on a daily basis, following a recent protest on Tuesday in Onitsha, the Anambra State Police Command, says it has arrested 14 persons in Onitsha, Anambra State. The spokesperson of the police Command in the state, Mrs. Nkeiruka Nwode, said those arrested include, 13 males, one female, and the Biafra Independent Movement, BIM, Director of Information for  the state North zone, Mr. Charles Igbokwe.

Igbokwe was arrested alongside others for unlawful behaviour while marching towards Amazo Oil along Onitsha-Owerri road.
