Edo election: Resign honourably, NCP candidate tells Obaseki

Candidate of National Conscience Party (NCP), Peters Omoragbon called for the cancellation of the September 19 Edo governorship election.

Peters Osawaru Omoragbon said his party’s name and logo were not on the ballot of the INEC, vowing to drag the electoral commission to court.

Omoragbon urged Governor Obaseki to honourably resign with his dignity and honour instead of being sacked by the court and made to face the possibility of a two-year jail term.
