Just After 67 Days, Sam Allardyce Leaves Role As England Manager

A breaking report reaching us has it that England football team manager Sam Allardyce has opted out of the contract after spending 67 days which is two months and 7 days with the team.

His resignation came after an allegation was leveled on the 61 year old that he used his position as England boss to negotiate a £400,000 deal. In the time being Gareth Southgate will now take charge of the next four matches which are against Malta, Slovenia, Scotland and Spain.

In a statement the FA condemned Allardyce’s  conduct, describes it as inappropriate , the report also said that Allardyce has noted his mistake and has apologized, but understanding the magnitude of his conduct, he has willingly ejected himself from the team.
