29 students have been trained under the MTN Foundation-MUSON Music Scholars Program and they are set to move on from the prestigious musical organization today Friday, September 16, 2016. The graduands, wold perform at the Agip Recital Hall of the MUSON Center to mark their graduation and, will graduate with the exceptionally desired Diploma in Music affirmation.
The 29 graduating researchers are the ninth arrangement of recipients of the MTN Foundation’s (MTNF) music grant program. The grant program, which is in its ninth year, was initiated to give destitute understudies ability in music, a chance to get subjective music instruction.
At the graduation ceremony today the graduating students will showcase their ability in playing distinctive musical instruments, such as, saxophone, piano, talking drum, trumpet and twofold bass.
Since the initiation of this undertaking, MTNF has supported more than 200 understudies who have a style for music, to procure a MUSON confirmation in music. This system is a piece of the Foundation’s maintainability endeavors in prepping musical abilities in Nigeria.
