World Peace Day 2016: Rax & Fittest Support Barak Obama’s Call To Lock Nuclear Weapons Around The World

The United Nations, Organizations, NGOs, groups and individuals all over the World every September 21, celebrates the International Day of Peace.
This year’s edition the UN is in full support for the push towards a World of Peace with the theme “The Sustainable Development Goals: Building Blocks For Peace”

In 1989, the peaceful holiday was inducted by the UN specifically devoting the day to commemorating, strengthen and promote the ideals of peace globally, and this is done by peaceful marches, art exhibitions and educational conferences and also by spreading peace quotes especially on the new media.

Quotes such as that of Albert Einstein that says “Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding” “If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other” – Mother Theresa.

It is based on this premise that Hycinth Iyereosa  led  Rax Innovator and the Fittest Reggae Band on a solidarity march in support of Barrack Obama’s call for locking down of nuclear weapons around the world in commemorating the World peace in Ogba, Lagos.
